I have the same pistol as the OP. Bought the Mitch Rosen leather ITWB from the Kahr web site. Been using it almost daily for about 8 years. It is so comfortable I sometimes forget to take it off when I get home.

I am not a fan of Kydex holsters even though they seem to be the current rage. They just arent as comfortable as a soft leather holster.
I have a DeSantis Softuk that is my every day IWB. So much more comfy.

I use a vedder light tuck, it's made in Florida and is adjustable for carry anywhere in the waist band. I usually carry it around 1oclock.

Agreed on the full kydex holsters. The hybrids like the Comp Tac MTAC are quite comfortable.

Agreed. Love how thin they can be made without sacrificing retention or comfort.

I'd use a belt slide, not an IWB and untuck the shirt, if you use an IWB look for something with some structure to it like in kydex, with two attachment points to the belt. Like this one from blade tech

This Desantis pocket tuck at Midway, get the right hand draw, the belt clip is adjustable so you can wear it cross draw or take the belt clip off and stuff it in your pocket.

edit: the link shows another pistol but the Kahr PM9 is on the list and on sale for $16.99

I use a Crossbreed mini tuck for my P938 most of the time but also have a Remora with mag sleeve attached for an alternative. Both very comfortable.
I am sure you already know that the foundation to comfortable carry is the belt. Get a good one if you don't have one already.

The Walther has one of the better off the shelf triggers which is what convinced me over the G43, but clearly Glock guys would chose the G43 since they have no eye for beauty or know what a good trigger is (counting down for a Cracker comment)
Tread easy there sir, or I will forced to take action..

I second the softuk, pretty much carry everyday with one. Bought one for each of my cc weapons, sometimes forget I have it on.

Iv got mine in a Blackhawk size 1 and it fits perfect! Small and it fits good with basketball shorts or just around town clothes. The belt clip is pretty tight and allows some movement. For less than $20 bucks I'm happy with it and it's comfortable with many different outfits

I don't have a link but if you want to save a few dollars the holster I have for my glock 30 is everyday holsters. Identical to crossbreed had mine 3 years and has lifetime warranty.

The Nate Square is a fine holster. I've one for my glocks and it can hold several models. Also like the kydex material for pocket carry.
