Alpha as hell IMO, but if they succeed, he will just turn into a dictator, they always do.

Name one military commander that took over a country, then turned the keys over to a democratic system.

Something's going to give in Vz, someone is going to die, far too many are being killed and starving. It always amazes me that the leaders think they can starve a populous and live to tell about it.

And most NK's are pussies or happy, the people in Vz. aren't happy and seem to be pushing this until an end. Either the govt's end or theirs, one way or another something's going to give.

But North Korea has their big brother neighbor China to support them.

Venezuela is somewhat isolated with in particular Colombia definitely NOT a supporter of Maduro.... The wouldn't be able to support a North Korea style government without a wealthy and supported benefactor that is next door IMO.

Take a look at Cuba, now a lot of people are willing to go there to fish or whatever which means more money for that regime to oppress the population even more, has been happening since 1959.
