Unusual attempted robbery

Hard to tell what this is at first but, It's a camera mounted on top of a big rig pointed down towards the road, I guess a lot of robberies happen this way.
A car pulls up right behind the rig doing a high rate of speed and the rest is his tory.

Interesting. Typically the thieves just watch the truck pull out of the shipper, so they know whats in the trailer. To go to the trouble and risk of opening a vent to look in to find out, while at highway speed, is borderline retarded.
