Default More will questions

seems to be the month for will questions- there is another big topic on here about that.

My question is about how soon a estate that is in a trust can be distributed to the heirs.
Assume the deceased has no debts, owns no property, no cars, was in no business, has no husband or wife in the last 40 years and has a simple beneficiary situation (a small number of beneficiaries who are not at war with each other), and no probate is required, due to the trust.

How soon can the administrator/trustee (after holding back some reserve money and paying funeral bills), begin to distribute some of the estate money? whats the soonest anyone has seen? a month ?

A lot depends on the administrator ,

I've never seen an estate where someone wasn't happy.

Are the bequests specific or a percent of the estate? Do the assets have an easy to determine value(stocks and bonds) or things like real estate and chattels?

I've handled estates where it happened on the date of death. Very rare though. In Florida the trust stands as a back up to the probate estate so creditors have two years to come after the money.
