Default Pit Boss Ceramic BBQ Grill at Costco $599.99

Anyone have any experience with the Pit Boss Ceramic grill sold at Costco.

Quality, size, accessories and price seem great compared to BGE

I've had a BGE for years. I looked at this one in costco and it looked pretty good.

Green egg owner here and we acquired a couple of Kamado Joe cookers for a charity raffle last year. I was very impressed with the quality, price and what was included in the package.

My buddy just bough a large on sale at Costco for $749

The Pit Boss appears to be the same product just black in color.

Costco stands behind everything they sell 100%.
Don't like it, bring it back for a full refund - no questions asked.

Can you post a link to the $599 price? I'll get one if it's that cheap.

I see that the website says $749. Not sure whether it was on sale or not, but in the store the price was $599.

It says on the website that it could be less in stores with no delivery needed.

Item may be available in your local warehouse for a lower, non-delivered price.

Saw it in Costco yesterday for 599. I also think bought it to replace my green egg I've had for 15 years. Problem is there is nothing wrong with my egg

I bought my Vision Kamado from Costco several years ago at that same price. Pit Boss seems to be every bit as good as the Vision has been to me! You really can't go wrong buying it from Costco.

I'll be the test dummy if they have one in stock next weekend for the $549 or $599 price.
I have a small egg type cooker (google beacon grill, it's been awesome) and I've been wanting a larger one.

Costco has been good to do business with for me. A few years ago I bought a Vision Kamado Classic for 599, after a few months I was in there one day and noticed the price dropped to 399 to clear the inventory. I walked to the front and kindly asked about their price lock guarantee. I simply asked and they took it from there. I was told it was 90 days (Which had passed), but since they have a 2yr no questions asked return policy, they would refund the difference. I didn't even have the receipt on me. I asked, they took it from there, I didn't even have to ask to start the process. I was honestly shocked. In about 10 minutes, I had about 200 in cash in my pocket. Costco member for life now.

I love my Kamado btw.

Why is everybody, including the BGE cult, trying to go cheapo on a ceramic cooker? Just step it up and get a real cooker.

Sams had the Vision for $549 a few weeks ago...buddy bought one and he loves it. If I were to do it all over again, I'd go that route instead of the BGE>
