Default Deck to hull joint

I'm looking to put a small deck on the front of my aluminum rigid to make it a little easier to get in and out for both people and the dog. I had hoped the rubber pads would be enough but nope.
My plan was to make something simple out of Azek so it doesn't rot, slatted with a 1/2in or so gap and carpeted, with a couple simple stringers for support underneath.
What would be a good semi permanent way to attach the deck sides and stringers to the hull? It's painted aluminum so I was thinking just some 4200, yes/no? I was thinking of some kind of mechanical clip/pin on the lifting eye in the bow also. Any ideas are appreciated. Thx.

I don't think 4200 will hold that. You gonna need something more permanent to hold it in my opinion. I would think you are gonna have to use some fasteners like bolts along with the 4200 but it is hard to say without pictures..

One thing I forgot to add is I don't want to have to drill thru the hull.
This is the only pic of the inside for now. The dingy is covered up for the winter .
