Default Jeep Wrangler Untlimited X Power Window Switch

I know there are a lot of jeep guys on this forum so I figure someone might know the answer to this...My front drivers side power window switch broke this morning (will go down not up) and Its going to be several days before I can get a new switch here (Jeeps in the Caribbean). Is it possible to remove the switch panel from the dash and swap the wires so the rear drivers side switch will control the front drivers side? Looking for a temporary fix until the new part comes in.

If it is this one, doesn't look like it.

Looks like one big harness so you're probably SOL.

Then again if you are going to replace it yourself, not the end of the world to pull the front dash panel off and look, you're gonna have to do it anyway. Just don't put it back together till the new part arrives. You could probably figure out the pinout if you were really determined, but doesn't seem at all worth the effort.

That's it. thanks for the info. I may try to pop the old one out and have a look. The window is stuck 3/4 up so I'd like to get it closed all the way if possible.

I kinda want to say no, most Chrysler switches just command something else to tell window to move. You can always just take a battery and jump the motor directly on the door or thru the harness
