Default Wreaths across America

Apparently Arlington National Cemetery will be short 100,000 wreaths to place on the grave sites of the fallen. I personally donated 10. the government does NOT pay for these. it is completely donation.

I have a longtime high school friend that just passed of acute myeloid leukemia. He just retired this past May and served our nation for over 20 yrs including several tours to Iraq and Afghanistan and was an active pilot in the Marines. He is scheduled to be laid to rest there in March. I'll be donating to the cause.

Thanks for that. My return email offered me the opportunity to help lay the wreath's out on Dec.17th. I wish we didn't already have plans or I would be there.

Yes, despite the icy weather we laid the wreaths on Saturday morning. Arlington National Cemetery looks fantastic -- good job everybody! It's a tremendous demonstration of appreciation from a grateful nation.
