Any opinions on this beside it being a derringer?

I have always liked the American Derringers, that being said shooting one is like getting your hand whacked by a billy club.

Never shot a Bond but I can tell you there is some real dangerous junk out there in the derringer market. I literally had to take one from my dad that he bought from flea market that was more dangerous than a live claymore mine. Single action, not drop safe, and the squirreliest trigger I had ever seen.

Some were made from pot metal and have been known to blow apart. Id only trust an American Derringer. And whoever said they feel like its getting hit with a club is accurate.

I've had a North American Arms .22 S/A 5 shot for years. Call it my "OH $€hit" gun. Well made. Safety notch. Stainless construction. Nice back up or pocket gun for low risk areas.

I have the Bond Snake Slayer. It came with wood grips. It was a handful with 410 personal protection loads. I replaced the wood with Bond rubber grips. Much more manageable to shoot. The protection loads are 4 copper disks followed by some buckshot. AT 5 yards the disks wee strung out horizontally over 12 inches and the buckshot was no where to be found. I would not want to get shot with it. Never tried the 45 LC. It is not a cheap, junk derringer. Plenty of heft and very well made. You can buy extra barrels of whatever caliber you like.

I have 2, they're pretty good little guns for pocket derringers.

Nope just nice when walking or trying to jog a short distance, so not to carry a heavy gun...

You just wanna rub my thigh, sicko.
