Default New M&P Shield sights!

I've been looking for new sights for Shield .45 for a while now. After researching and then talking to my father-in-law (retired police chief/US Marshal) I settled on Ameriglo SW-245 "straight 8" sights. I've never been a big fan of most 3-dot pistol sights due to the amount of windage allowed down range with the gap between the 3 dot alignment. It's worth trying them out, and I like Ameriglo sights. Anyone else shoot with this setup?

Those were the other sights that I was considering. Only reason I didn't go for them was the line on the rear sight wasn't tritium, but only a luminescent paint that needed exposure to light to be activated.

The FT Bullseye by Meprolights looks real promising. Hope they come out with more models soon. The FT Bullseye will replace my TruDot as soon as a model for my EDC gets released.

Pepper, I have a natural point when shooting a handgun, so I just wanted to be able to concentrate on the front site... I also like some of new HD sites with the different color front and rear site tritium, which looks nice..

I trade you a vacuum for one of your pistols.

Do you replace the rear sight or is the rear mark some kind of stick-on?

Never mind, just saw the link above.
