Default Raybo Marine

I had a decent size fiberglass project that involved structural, as well as cosmetic repair. I shopped it around and gave the project to Rob at Raybo Marine in Lindenhurst NY. I couldn't be happier. He delivered exactly what I was looking for. Any time something unforeseen came up I received a call with options, pricing and valuable advice. Rob and his guys are true craftsman. I'm not impressed easily. The level of experience and the finished product speak volumes. I highly recommend them. Very fair, easy to deal with, and in this day and age that's not easy to come by, especially in the marine industry.

Always good to hear something positive here. I have no experience with them but their (his) posts here have always been informative and unbiased. Most importantly, I usually agree with them.

Best on the island, maybe the northeast. Did a transom/engine bed replacement on my 23 Seacraft years ago, awesome job!

This. Love the pros with thick enough skin to still come on here and help out all the Yahoo!'s like myself.

I drive past his shop often. He always has some classics that are on my wish list. Bertram's, Donzi's etc.

Sad to see this get moved out of the main forum so fast. Bad experiences stick around in the top forum, and Raybo contributes so much free advice that brings value to the forum, it's crazy a positive thread has to get moved.

Why can complaints stay but not attaboys?

I don't know Rob and this is the first time I'm doing business with him. I just thought Id share my experience with others that might need that kind of work. Quality and value is hard to find. Shouldn't have been moved.

Backcove posted a boating maintenance statement in the boating section. Why did it get moved to dockside, which is for posts other then boat maintenance. Mod, Please move it back and let the boating members know about one of the Good Guys

Shouldn't be moved, Raybo always gives good advice. That's what we should encourage not punish by moving them and making it difficult to find.

I'm not surprised. His posts are always helpful and he obviously knows his business.
