Default 1 Pill = $7500

That's what the bill was for this one. I should at least get to keep the pill case.

Now THAT is funny!

Yes, it's a nuclear pill. Isolation is over and I'm safe for the genpop. Got my scan yesterday still waiting for results.

But damn. That's a big bill for something that small.

Wife's MS medicine list price $10,000 for 28 day supply. First month of the year we hit the catastrophic level on our insurance. I think that somewhere around $4800 out of pocket. After that it's about $800 for three 28 day packs. Hmmm, why 28 day packs? If you figure it out, it takes thirteen 28 day packs to cover one year. Now why would they do that? $$$$$$$$

First I wish you the best in your recovery.

Does taking a pill like that make you sick? Is there risk associated with vomiting after you take it and losing the dose to the toilet or does it enter the system immediately.

Just curious.

That is a possibility. They do commonly make people nauseous and some do vomit so there is a chance you can lose some of the dose. For me the nausea was 6 hours later so most likely it was all absorbed by then and thankful it wasn't bad enough that I chucked.

Holy moly, Holy Smoke! That's some cash!
