This is a huge long shot but does anyone know a Steven f Kramaritsch From nj? Found his wallet today while walking my dogs. Looks like it fell out of a care window.

how does a person loose their wallet by it falling out of a care window?

even if it was a car window and he was mooning someone his wallet and pants would not be up by the window

I keep my wallet in my inside jacket pocket. If I fling my jacket off in the car it wouldn't be impossible for the wallet to eject itself out the window.
