Default Outlook/iPhone sync question

Trying to get my iphone and Outlook calendars to sync. I've got Office 365 w/ the Outlook desktop version installed on my main computer. I'm the only employee, so no exchange server (which would make things a breeze apparently). I've found several ways to sync if I have a gmail/hotmail, etc account but I have a proprietary email associated with my website, and the email is hosted/captured by Smarsh for compliance purposes (I'm a Financial Advisor). The email is set up using IMAP servers, and works fine on the iphone mail app but the calendar is a different story. I tried using the Outlook app, but it won't take my email IMAP info. Any workarounds or suggestions here? Having my phone and desktop calendars sync is a huge deal since I'm working out of the office a good bit these days. Thanks in advance!

Call Apple, my wife had an issue with hers and they were able to solve the problem in about a minute

O365 support ? You may need a business account (not home, student)

Try the Outlook app for iOS. May be the only one that will work with your IMAP.
