I hope it's really good at being a blow boat, because it's not getting any style points.

That is about the ugliest vessel I have ever seen.

But hey, I am sure the ship builder, his employees, and all the vendors and subcontractors that built it are happy. Must have taken quite awhile to build.

Lets convince him to build one in an American yard.

Ours would probably look better.

Go economy!

When I see things like this I always wonder how much the people that build these really like boating. My guess is not much.

He just built a small island for himself. There is no boating here, just a cruise ship.
What else does he have to do with his money? A lot of folk made a lot of money building that thing.

Yup it is all ugly, but somewhere in all that is a new idea or technique which may work, and will trickle down to the humans.

Yep. And if the world goes to shit he can probably disappear for a long long time on that without much outside support (especially fuel).

42 crew members to support 14 guests. It looks funny but i'd be lying if I said it wouldn't be nice to live like that.

Without power that boat is dead in the water and in distress.

It's a sailboat yes but it ain't moving without lots of electrical power. How do you suppose those sails move?
Good points. Have you ever seen a Daschew Yachts boat though. You could disappear for a long time on one...
