Abbot and Costello are as far back as I can go, maybe Burns and Allen. Some of you guys are as old as dirt, good for you.

The radio show of Amos and Andy was two white guy's. When it went on tv is when it was done by people of color

While not as old as any of the ones mentioned previously, Phil Hendrie is a comic genius! Love him. Sadly, I think Phil became self-destructive and scuttled his own radio career.

"Johnny Dollar the insurance investigator with an action packed expense account" before my time but xm radio has a station that plays old time radio shows from the 40's 50's some 60s. Gun smoke is another one that I like

NPR plays some old radio shows late at night. I listen to them driving. They are pretty campy but fun to listen to. Them seem to play a lot of detective stories...with dialogue like, "gum shoe" and "dame" haha

back in the 70s when I was a young teen my family had the power turn off on us once and with no tv I turned on my little transistor radio and found the
CBS RADIO MYSTERY THEATER and was hook from then on I loved to listen in bed, years later now ive found everything can be found on you tube and when charging my phone at night on a docking station I can listen all night they keep playing
this first has a boating theme too
