Default A moment of silence

A moment of silence for all those who have to winterize their boat.

Much appreciated. Might need another in a few weeks. Then I'll be down to use your boat.

Not just the boat, but the house, the car, etc. I'll be in my shorts in January.

I've only had it a month, this sux. But I do enjoy tinkering and turning wrenches, and I'm putting it in heated storage with access 9-5, m-f. That should keep me from spending all my time tinkering, just enough to stay happy.

Did mine today. At the end of four seasons - 744 hours(engine) and more than 6500 miles traveled. No moment of silence needed. More like a champagne cork popping and a toast to another good season.

I tried for the moment of silence, but it was ruined by a fart......and a diet coke burp.

Sorry.

Boat is in the barn, pulling the dock Monday and getting ice tapes up on Tuesday. Will probably swap the mower for the snow blower at the end of the month.

Poor bastards. I can't imagine. I'm boatless and the only thing slowing me down is football season. Come December boating is back in full swing. Having a nice brother that is letting me use his until I find another is of great benefit as well.

Except for tropical threats, mine lives on the lift. I've used it every month of the year. I've even perfected changing the LU oil while it's out there.
