Default 17lb Anode bag for 500gl Propane Tank

I cannot find where to buy a 17lb magnesium anode bag. Anyone know of a place that sells them. Have to install one for the gas company.

Have you asked them about installing two smaller ones rather then one large one.
When installing one it goes ctr of the tank. Two of them go on opposite corners

No I have not. Because the tank is already installed and is in the middle of my grass yard my preference is one but I appreciate the suggestion and may do that.

Default Sorry to side track this post- however

Inquiring minds need to know---

Is this to prevent the tank from being eaten up with corrosion ?

How is it attached to the tank.

This will answer your question

Ideally, the tank connection is made in the area of the tank fill pipe within the covered dome. With access to the anode wire,
subsequent testing of the tank can include measurement of anode output and verification of performance.

That would be great. What would shipping be from your place to New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 for the 17lb bag. Does it require any special type of shipping?
