Default Check out my new office floor

Decided to redo my home office. This guy has done work for me previously so I used him again. He does awesome work.

This is a concrete floor made to look like wood.

First pic is with carpet and walls just painted.

Looks like you did a tile motif at first but changed over to a wood pattern.

Pretty neat how he can do that. I assume it cost a bit more.

That's interesting. What sort of material (paint?) is the finish itself? Does it have any texture on top of the original concrete finish? How much psf?

This is epoxy with a clear coat on top. The clear coat is Rexthane.

Price per foot is all over the place depends on what kind of finish you want. Solid color, wood finish, metallic that looks like a marble floor.

My neighbor is having his house done at the same time and opted for a marble look. It feels nice to walk on his in bare feet.

I paid $1000 for that room. I opted for two coats of the clear coat for more shine.

Here's my neighbors floor:

I'm trying to make it look something like an old military office.
I picked up this old desk that I'm sanding down to look like brushed stainless.
