I'm foreseeing the same with mine, except for a few connection issues here and there (probably due to my lack of experience), no major problems...

Handful of flights, all good.

If they get out of the consumer market but stay pro, may create enough of a following for informal forum like improvements/support.

At this price point, a no brainer.

Thanks to the OP for the heads UP.

NICE! Pretty work. Just think, you could have spent another $1,000.00 EXTRA to capture the same thing haha #TheDJIFanBoysWontLikeThatOne

Do you have to notify the Naval Air Station when you fly there?

Legally YES.. and I did call the Tower and there EXACT words were " We're not going to tell you to fly it and we're not going to tell you not to fly it, just keep it under 400' if you do " unquote

I called the police department too and the told me to call the sheriff and the sheriff department's helicopter unit told me to ask the military tower.

So there ya have that

I'm flying it responsibly

That is great that they are working with you. I have been working with the tower people at a large local airport for some commercial shoots. They been been more than acomodating.

RTF. All you need to do is download the free software and update to your phone and sync the 2 and you are in business.

If you keep the go pro pointing forward and level (not pointed down) the fisheye will mostly be eliminated. There are editing programs that will also remove the fisheye.
