Default Florida Panther Hybrid Delisting from ESA Pending

It looks as if the Florida Panther turns out to be genetically nothing more than a man made hybrid that they tried to get away calling an endangered species. I saw another one was hit by a car just a few days ago.

So now I guess the goverment may began selectively breeding dinosaur eggs too.

I was going to ask you good Floridians about your Panthers.I saw a beautiful Cougar in the Valley 3 days ago here in the smoky mountains.I refuse to call TWRA.They refuse to acknowledge them,Idiots .I told them about the last siting I had 20yrs ago in the Nat'l park,. First she denied it,and said that it probably was a pet ,and someone released it(yeah right)Then she said yeah we know they're here as the rangers find their scat in the high country, but we don't advertise it (WTF).Feds can F --- up a 1 car funeral"s what I mean .Simple as that.

Glad we spend all that money on hunting and fishing licenses and taxes on outdoor stuff so they can blow it on programs that are so important.

It's all one big fraud, to fleece taxpayers out of tens of millions of dollars to invent an animal, call it endangered where its sole purpose is to erode the private rights and privileges of sportsman, anglers and farmers is criminal.

I'd say the U.S. Fish and Wildlife has its hands full with this hybrid scam seeing as they knew it back in 1991 and covered it up.

Get your popcorn and read what's going on up in North Carolina with the red wolf. From what I gather farmers and landowners are shooting them, telling fish and wildlife they just shot an endangered red wolf and they do not get charged if reported in 24 hours.

You can read between those lines and summarize they know these wolves are not protected under the endangered act and if they charge someone their cover is blown for protecting a non-endangered hybrid wolf.

Who are we to trust after $35M spent on this scam!

It's refreshing to see someone going after their @$$es. I love the part where three animal rights groups sue to kill more nursing puppies!

Well, before you build up too big a froth over this panther conspiracy just know that when they decided to introduce the Texas cats here, there was plenty of coverage about it. There was no cover-up.

Also, if I recall correctly, it was determined at the time that the genetic makeup was the same of the two groups of cats since their historical territory was the Southern US on through Texas.
