Spend some time running Mozambique drills, and don't worry what books, or articles say.

Moral of the story: Don't get shot with anything, but especially don't get shot by a rifle or shotgun.

Nothing beats a shotgun at close range...except a flamethrower!

I prefer the hearts and minds method. Two shots in the heart one in the head.

I used to worry about stopping power until I bought my Kimber Ultra Carry II in .45ACP. Now I don't really think if it.

What that seems to show me about handguns, is that shot placement, not caliber is key to effective stopping power. I have always carried my 1911, but I'm really beginning to fall for my new to me LEO turn in Gen 2 Glock 19. 7 + 1 vs 15 + 1, now I have more options.

According to that, the .32 acp did about the best as far as pistol rounds go. Problem with that is that the statistical subset was really small. Thats the problem with statistics.
