Default Red Copper pan

anyone have experience with one, do they really work like the commercials show?
if you can really wipe away caramelized sugar than I want one.

I have one of them... love it personally, but I have never tried to caramelize sugar in it either... takes a little longer to heat up, but the heat is very even. Easy clean up even with cheese, eggs, etc.

I also have the ones with the white instead of the copper... they work very well also. The green pans lose their ability to be non stick it seems, you have to oil it and heat it into it again and again... more like using cast iron but the heating is uneven as well...

They are crap. This is after 3 uses and cooked an omelette.

The whole premise of copper is wrong. There is no copper in that coating.

sounds like my good ole iron skillet is still worth keeping. nothing like cast iron to retain uniform heat.
