Default under deck waterproofing

Looking for some advice on an under deck waterproofing system. New deck is a second story 30 wide by 20 long.

Looking to waterproof the underside. See some options that use corrugated roofing that runs to a gutter in the front. Looks pretty straight forward, but I suspect some folks here can give me some insights/watch outs as I install this.

will use rubber washer roofing screws, will angle to the front to dump in the gutter. Will be hanging a couple chairs, and lights, and I plan un building a damn out of 4200 to channel the water around the holes in the metal

Any tips as I go about installing this?

Thanks

We used pond liner cut in a trapezoidal shape. Cut the sheets such that they covered about 3 joist bays at a time. Place the narrow end of the liner next to house the wider end to the outside of the deck... This will form a trough that runs down each joist bay it drains to the outside while keeping the deck surface level. Use Grace tape on top of the joists This seals the decking screws... We did this 7 years ago with no issues

Thanks FIN, I actually love the look of the galvanized. making a crab shack in the back yard. Bar will be next, but no need to burden my wife with too many details at this point (not to mention the dartboard).

looking to do this for a fraction of the cost of the undercover option. priced that out when we built the deck.
