I really enjoyed that... thanks.
Hits home for me because I have a cousin who was exceptionally talented in his day on pretty much anything with strings. Guitar, dobro, banjo, fiddle, you name it. Very talented bluegrass musician. He now suffers severely from Parkinson's but still plays as best he can. I hate how the word "heroic" is grossly overused these days for anything & everything but watching him play now..... it's something like that. Music is pretty much the only thing left where his mind/muscles can very nearly conquer the debilitating disease. Looking forward to hearing him play Sunday at our family reunion.
