Leviton Decora doesn't come in a color for you?

You want to look at the Legran Adorne collection. They have a huge variety of colors and devices but it can be a bit of a pain to find exactly what you want. Look for the graphite color.

I've used a bunch of Lutron; dimmers, simple paddles, receptacles, motion sensing. Lots of colors available and even different finishes (gloss/satin).

What do you mean "shorter" than normal?

I need the switch plate screws to be about half the size as a normal screw. They are going into a kitchen island and they cut the granite a bit short. I already hit big box stores, no help

Buy a stainless decora/ GFI plate, they have the shorter screws. Or, you can take a spare switch and screw it in from the back side and cut off some threads. Then use the switch to re-align the threads as you back it out.

Sorry, but you need to be a little more specific with what you're looking for. A typical toggle switch plate screws directly to the switch, so a little confused as to what you need.

I'm not sure what you are looking at for pricing. I buy outlets for $5 - $10 and covers for $8 for a single up to about $24 for a quad. A gfci outlet runs about $35 (all US of course). They are a little pricey but nice quality and a different look. Yes, a custom 4 gang mahogany set will run up to almost $200 but that isn't what you said you wanted. I have used and can recommend their stuff and the selection is vast. I haven't bought here but they do list prices for reference.
