Default Orlando for the weekend

hey guys, I am going to be in Orlando the 7-12 for the American Farm Bureau Federation conference. most everyone from work is taking family's/wives with them. im traveling alone with very few meetings to attend. The reason I am posting is give me a few places I need to visit or places I need to eat, or bars I need to have a beer at, or something in general to do while I have a few off days. anything that might interest me? I think I am going on a farm tours someone from work set up for me. that's what I do is farm, and fish when I can. in my late 20s if that has anything to do with yalls suggestions thank you.

What part of town are you staying at. Orlando's a big town, you'll need a car to get around.

That's across the street from the convention center, plenty of touristy things to do on I-drive.

Lots of bars & restaurants down on I Drive. There's Howl at the Moon which is fun. There's a new giant Ferris wheel and there's always the attractions. It sounds like you'll have a lot of time on your hands, might want to drive over to the space center or Cocoa Beach, it's less that an hours drive from where you're staying.

You also might want to check out downtown Orlando, there might even be a Magic game while you're in town. Lots of clubs downtown.

Have fun.

Pretty touristy there. Average food, typical stuff. Now if you have time to drive to Cocoa Beach for a little sunshine...

I lived in Orlando for 5 years and it didn't do much for me. You could go over to Daytona one evening, but things don't get cranked up until about bedtime. They like giving DUIs too so avoid drinking and driving.

Tu Tu Tango is right across the street. Cool artsy bar that should have some eye candy. Lots going on at Pointe Orlando which is also across the street. You could catch an Uber over to Universal City Walk to save the $20+ parking. Lots going on over there too.

On Sand Lake Rd which is very close, there is a restaurant called Roccos Tacos. Really big fun place with a lot of bar space where you can eat. Lots of eye candy too. I love that place.
