Default Sig Sauer MPX. Anybody have one

Anyone here have one. They have a civilian version. Looks like a lot of fun for $1200. Might be something good to grab when something goes bump in the night.

With a 8" bbl and butt stock, wouldn't that be a SBR?

The photo shows an SBR. There is a model with no buttstock. I looked it over at the LGS and was impressed. Controls are identical to AR15, looks like a lot of parts will be interchangeable. Seems like a mashup of an MP5 with an AR15 charging system. Good price point for a new one, you should start seeing used ones pop up. Its definitly on my short list when i start looking for a new toy.

Nice! I fell for the Scorpion, though. $849, not bad, but bad-ass!

I have one. It's fun to shoot, I have mags on back order and have a aim point pro on for a red dot. I also have the collapsible fore arm grip. Pic is when I first got it.

I have an OA93 and it's pretty much a safe queen. The main problem with an AR (or AK)pistol without a buffer tube is that there isn't a "third" contact. One hand on grip and one on forearm. No third point like a shoulder or a cheek weld. Unlike a traditional pistol they are heavy to shoot with an extended arm. Fun as hell as a spray and pray gun but not really that functional. Just my lil' ol' .02.

Get a single point sling attached to the rear of the weapon. Push it out away from your body making the sling tight. It'll act as a stabilizing force.
