If you have never heard this song, be sure to listen to all of it.

If our society followed the behavior of squirrels, are problems would be solved.

Squirrels are responsible parents, they care for their young and teach them the rules of life.

If you want to eat, you work.

If you want shelter, build it.

If you want to eat year round, you save during times of plenty to cover your needs when times are tough.

If you want a decent life, you work hard most of the time, but have fun after work.

If you see danger, let your neighbors know about it.

If you are grabbed by a predator, fight like hell to save your life, since you know no one else will.

Don't be bad mouthing squirrels.

All this might be true but still have no use for them. Agree just large tree rats that line up well on my scope.

The only good squirrel is a dead squirrel. They're just rats with fuzzy tails and better PR.

I grew up in Texas, then moved to FL. Never understood people eating squirrel. They are so scrawny . You can see their rat tail through the sparse fur. THEN, I went to my wife's hometown Warren Mich. I was on the balcony and called my wife and her mom out. There was this big fat black thing that looked kinda like a squirrel. They said duh, that's a squirrel. Oh. That explains so much.

Ain't that the truth. My wife is from Michigan and both the black squirrels and the red ones are freaking monsters. A .22 would probably only piss them off.

A damn sorry state of affaires we're in when squirrels make better parents then most inner city leg spredders and sperm shooters.
