That is truly a dumbass stunt. Funny, yes, but stupid dangerous. They could have been met by a SWAT team or real coke dealers

Yes, because real coke dealers run around in broad daylight at the beach and kill people.

Why should they fear SWAT teams if they are doing nothing wrong?

Or just have a laugh like they did, and be thankful that it wasn't a crappy call dealing with the worst side of people who hate them like probably a huge portion of their calls are.

I'm more partial to just having drinks with the on duty cop at the bars in the Bahamas. Can't we just all get along?

That's a set up. It's fake. Cops do too many things wrong. Starting with your arms folded? Escorting two to the cruiser while leaving the other two unattended? Total set up in my opinion. It's funny no question. But I doubt it's legitimacy.

If the cops weren't in on it then it was a really stupid prank. Taking up the cops time like that is stupid. I can see it being funny if you're playing the prank on one cop but the rest are in on it or if cops are in on it and you are pranking your buddies by admitting you have a trunk load of coke then saying it's your friends coke.

But pranking real cops like that is no good.

There's a lot more laughing at both sides of that fence than it is worrying about it but then thats half the fun like those young people were doing in this video.

Relax. You sure can't throw stones in your state.
Boys or girls in blue there are allowed to rent a boat, get drunk crash into someone elses dock, destroy the boat, and the dock then the entire Fla police force can not figure out who was driving the boat when both parties and only two in the boat were drunk LEOs. Might of better called for back up from GA. They might of figured it out.

Thats one of those we laugh at them..
They have plenty of laughs on us,, don't worry.

Operation > We got you texting.
Operation, big rig HP.
Operation we get to dress up and be something we're not.
Operation just to have a Operation. AKA Something to do.

You ever notice all these OFFICIAL OPERATIONS create money for their side be it state or federal.
If you don't believe it ever see them give any of the money back.

And someone mentioned wasting a LEO's time. Travel down I-95. Half the town police from near by towns are working the interstates now day after day.
I actually see more Town police on 95 than I do HP.
Maybe a little to much time to waist in these cases but then its back to that game of collecting money when town life must be a tad slow.
PS.. They don't give it back either.

Town cops on interstates are Barney Fifi's . What we have called them for 35 years out there.

That humor and practical jokes started long before THT even if one side has no humor.
Good day.........

I thought only cities paying for/doing the maintenance on that stretch could patrol. Is that just Texas or all over?

I got a ticket once from the police chief of a town running radar on the highway. Town was 5 miles away. Tight budgets and all.

In Florida I believe there is an agreement that allows all LEO to enforce all state laws or something like that so no jurisdictional issues.
