Default Strange stuff in fish fillet

Hey guys - this thread isn't quite for the weak-hearted, so I am hesitant to post pics. Can shoot them to anyone who requires more clarification.

Long story short, caught a monster blackfin here in the gulf of mexico the other day, and noticed some a few major things:

1) The loins are LOADED with these white, dime-sized, circular "growths". They are somewhat hard in texture.
2) There is also spots of the loins that have what almost looks to be entrails of the fish. Brown, scattered throughout the fish.
3) One of the pieces of the fish is pale and discolored.
4) When gutting the fish, noticed a lot of green bile. Could be normal, just figured I would include to get a full picture.

Needless to say, I'm not keeping it, but I'm curious if anyone has seen anything like this?

Thanks guys!

Sounds like a fish with serious parasite problems. We catch a few walleyes in the Great Lakes that have some pretty impressive tapeworms in the gut, ugly bleeding sores like cancers on the skin (common viral disease) and grainy inclusions in the flesh. The tapeworms and viral sores are not a problem for human consumption, we always discard the ones with the grainy crap in the filets.

Caught some bobos with similar markings minus the bile; the worms are normal and cook out.... the other stuff... not so much. You have to think bacteria thrives in the warmer months especially with the gulf being what 87 degrees last time I checked?
