Found this while checking out Google Earth. Found a plane flying overhead.

Looks like they take shots with different filters at slightly different times and then combine to get color.

Oh that's at least mildly cool. I like playing around with Google Earth. Still can't figure out how every face and license plate is blurred, but other numbers in cities are not. Speaking of airplanes, here's an interesting story. Look up the coordinates...it's in the middle of nowhere! http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013...-what-happens/

God I love google earth.
Any time now I have a place I don't know, I zoom in on google earth and see if there is a back way into a dealership.
Most of the times when you talk to the girls that answer the phones they can't tell you how they got to work in the morning, let along where to park and 80 foot rig to unload. I can see what enterence I need to take to get around behind the dealerships, Roads behind them if it leads to their lot, ect.
For those of us that know how to use it, its a god send.

I always thought driving the Google car would be a pretty cool job. Just pick up a 12 pack, roll a fatty, and just go where the GPS tells you to. Stress level = 0.
