Default Where can I purchase an ICE PICK?

I need an Ice Pick to break up the block ice i make in the freezer. I have been to various place around town but cannot find an Ice Pick. I finally asked for an associate in WalMart where the ice picks were located. She stated, " We don't sell Ice Picks anymore because they are considered weapons."

They still sell guns, knives, hammers and bats.

I presently have a screwdriver with a point ground on it but the smaller pick would be better. Anyone bought a pick lately and if so where?

What DoradoHunter wrote. Amazon has them from $2.59 up to $13. Most ice picks on the first page are Primed.

Local ice house still sells them. I will stop by and grab a few more and see what they cost now. They work incredibly well compared to a screwdriver or any other alternate I have tried.

I use a fish pick . Made for commercial fishing to move a lot of fish efficiently .
Anyplace that sells comm fishing gear should have them.
I make my own , stainless pick and aluminum handle.
I think they work better than a traditional ice pick

That's the best offer I have seen!

I nominate Bluffman2 as the THT "Man of the Day."

Just take the ice out of the freezer and let it sit in the sink for a while!
