Make an XXXL squirrel launcher big enough for a cat.

Bonus points if you get the cat to land in the neighbor's pool.

Very unpopular move, because that disgusting smell caries for several blocks.

Predator urine (I'd suggest buying instead of catching it)
Some people say human urine... Don't let your neighbors see!

I thought this was working but it is gone after the first rain and doesn't seem to work at all in the winter to keep them out of the bird feeders.

To the OP your town likely has a leash law that applies to cats also. You could call but they usually ask you to catch the cat and when you ask them how they say just make sure you don't use a trap.

Or call the neighbor - it is worth a try. If not - a fence.

You could shoot both the cat and the pitbull and everyone would be better off.
