Default Hello from NE FL

Hello I live in NE Florida and I bought my first (used) boat yesterday. I grew up fishing with my dad and haven't been out with him for about 12 - 15 years due to his engine on his boat failing.
I've stalked the forums allot learning about boats and reading peoples reviews of boats they've purchased and since I have a boat now I decided it would be a good time to poke my head out of the water so to speak.

Enough about me let me tell you about my boat.....

I bought a 2004 Nautic Star 2200 propelled by one Yamaha 150 4 stroke
It has the following gear that came with it...
Hummingbird Matrix 97 (gps / sonar)
a vhf radio
and an AM/FM Cd Player
and it has a 100lb thrust trolling motor (not sure of the brand since it's being repaired by the seller).

If anyone has any tips or especially some good fishing spots feel free to share them
