My question is, if you walk like a duck or you are pigeon toed do you exercise with your toes pointing straight forward?

My thinking behind this is, if you walk like a duck or you are pigeon toed, that is your bodies natural alignment. Would it be harder on the joints if you exercised with your feet pointing straight forward, forcing a different alignment? Or should you exercise like the duck or pigeon?
Much harder. No ifs and whats about it. imo

Do not try and change what mother nature gave you when it comes to this.

I'm undergoing physical therapy as we speak. After my operation my feet turned outward a bit and I have sort of a duck walk. I was told it's all part of the operation and that I need to focus on keeping my steps in line or straight. It will be a small strain on the muscles at first but my back will feel better after this again becomes a natural way of walking for me.

Of course there are other factors involved with my recovery but the way in which I step plays into it to some degree.

However most people walk all year, even when fishing on a boat.

Garrett wait till December to ask questions. ;?

Have you read some of the Dumb questions asked on dockside ?

I guess it has to do with who asked the question.
