Default indiana...lol

I'm in Indiana on business. Bored, day off, went to the store to get some booze.

Apparently you can't. All day.

It's 2015. There is a state the exists where you can't buy booze all day, from anywhere except a bar, on Sunday. It's called Indiana.

The cornfields of hell.

I'm going to TGI fridays. It's next to the hotel. An obese woman hit on me on the walk over. After I rejected she asked me for a cigarette.

Oh, the Midwest.

No...see...the drinking problem is that you can't get liquor...see...you have a problem drinking since you can't get booze.
Ironically, if it matters...then some might consider alcohol too important in your life.
Ergo...a witty play on phraseology

Humor that has to be explained by the humorist is, by definition, not funny.

Back to the drawing board.

If you live in Indiana and you don't do a lot of drugs and alcohol, YOU have the problem.

Make that two. No liquor stores open here in SC on Sundays. Can buy beer and wine and can buy anything at a bar now in many locations though. NC still has dry counties. Cannot buy anything any time in those.

I've lived in Ohio, Illinois and Michigan- did my best to avoid Indiana. Indiana uses all their alcohol for Indy 500 fuel.

But, I also lived in Athens, GA 1974-76. Dry town in a dry county at the time, so never saw any drinking there, ever.

Moore County TN. Ironically, home of Jack Daniels.

From JD Website:"The town of Lynchburg is the seat of Moore County, the smallest county in Tennessee. Even though it's home to the Distillery, it's a dry county and has been ever since Prohibition."

I have some hypocrisies myself.

We finally passed daylight savings time a few years ago, Sunday alcohol sales is next. It's funny walking into a crowded grocery store on a Sunday and looking down the booze isle, no reason to even push the cart down the isle…lol Where about In Indiana are you?

I feel for you. I was stuck working in Kansas for 6 freakin months. Just as bad if not worse than Indiana.
