Default Hurricane Danny

From the early looks it does not look good for the Keys.

Could be some good surfing weather. It looks like it is calming down though. Maybe a mild tropical storm at best by the time it hits, if it hits Fl. Get out fishing ahead of the front!

It's supposed to calm down when it hits some dryer air to the west.

if nothing more it will give the media something to blow out of proportion for the next 5-10 days.

You should have seen it last year! There was a border line tropical depression, and people were leaving town, water was sold out, can foods were sold out, wait to check out lines were like a 30-45 min wait. It was crazy. I've seen thunder storms worse then the weather we got. But the new sure blew it up like it was the end of times.

From the map I saw, if it hits South Florida, it will likely happen Thursday night.

As long as Saturday morning is clear for my photo shoot, bring on Danny!

It's just gonna be a minor blow with some rain. No worries.

There's some stuff behind it worth watching.

Danny is expected to become a remnant low
in 72 hours and dissipate by 120 hours, but interaction with the
land masses of Puerto Rico and/or Hispaniola could result in Danny
dissipating sooner than forecast.
