this is important to the world, why??

she died not having learned anything from her mother's life experiences that ended in death. Poor student of life. What did she do to better the world?

She died in January. Sad for the family but I am not sure why this makes the news.

You'd think that family would learn to shower and give up on taking baths.

Sad for the family but in the grand scheme of things her death is no more significant than mine will be some day. What is even sadder, she did this to herself.

Another crackhead died. This should not be news. People die everyday that have actually tried to better this world in some way and she gets the publicity because her mother was famous.

Every life is important for the most part she she sure as hell doesn't deserve any more attention than a service member, police officer, or firefighter that died in the line of duty. I am pretty sure the flags over the White House were flown at half staff to honor her mother which I thought was insulting too.

True celebrity, deserving, or not, anyway I look at it it's sad a young life went to waste - and because of screwed-up parents no less.

Very sad, prayers to all involved and that parents can learn from this and try to be involved in your children's life even more so.

Agreed. I mourn her death as much as I mourn the death of the thousands of other drug addicts who die daily.
The fact that she was the daughter of a talented addict and an untalented assclown who ruined Whitney's life means nothing to me.

This was a non-story from the get-go.

I tried hard. Really I did.

Was unable to care any less. Prayers to the family, and it is a shame. However, she's no more important than a homeless drug addict passing away.

Watch the crocodile tears here when this happens to one of your kids. Boo-hoo-hoo prayers sent blah blah blah.

This is sad no matter who it happens to....idiots.
