Default Position of ship "Davy Jones Locker"?

I was just on livecruiseshiptracker.com and happen to click on this one ship. Does this mean its being sunk and turned into a reef?

It probably is heading to the bottom, that is an AIS system and the destination is programmed by the pilot or captain.

I worked in an oil yard and an old old tiny single hull "tanker" I worked often was being retired the day after I retired. I saw on the AIS site I use that its destination was "The End of the Trail" the next day as it was going to the dry dock.
