Yes seen alot of rants about this, this year.

I can see both sides of the issue. Doesn't bother me personally but I can see why others might get upset.

Just frustrating. We get them 5 days a week May-Sept (despite being illegal). I have no problem with the typical American holidays or a few days either side. When it is a Tuesday in August at 3 AM and there is a 20 mins firework show it bugs me.

Just venting more because my one dog is now cowering under bedding for the 5th time this week.

Suggest they set them off from their heads.

Man you have no idea. They just became legal in Georgia and every Tom dick and Harry launches every night since July 1. Sounds like Syria outside our house.

Fireworks became legal in Michigan last year, but only on the day before, day of or day after a national holiday. Somebody's setting them off every night, maybe I need to give them a calendar?

I live in a New Jersey seashore community with a lot of weekenders. Every Saturday night someone is shooting off fireworks. I kinda like it...makes me feel like I'm on vacation too. On holiday weekends the fireworks shows are spectacular. 4th of July in Beach Haven West is like a combat zone. It's actually funny.

We live next to Sandestin Resort, every weekend thru the summer they have a fireworks display @ 9:30 or 10pm. Every time they set these off we jump, because they open up with a large mortar to get everybody`s attention. Just when I`m dosing off, yea, I think it works. Then you get to hear all the car alarms going off during and after the display. I look forward to the off season more and more every year.

Yup every Friday night the old guy 3 houses down. I have no idea what he spends, but it's not insignificant. The guy is tapped, looking for confrontation over it. I'm not taking the bait.

With you 1000%. Add a baby into the mix along with two scared dogs for some real fun.

Yep firecrackers all around. Would be ok if they ended by a certain time, but the drunks are up all not keeping everyone else awake. Not a fan.

No issue with every now and then, but it is 5 nights a week since mid-May. Just insane. They don't bother me personally, jsut a pain in the ass having the dogs going ballistic for a half hour and one cowering until morning.

Yep doesn't bother me and keeps the neighbors dogs inside instead of outback barking all night. Thinking about buying the fire works crew a years supply.

Fireworks are not permitted here on the outer banks.
