Honestly, who do you know that does the work, ships it to you, then makes sure you are happy before he bills you ? Basically unheard of

We're practically neighbors! No worries sending any of your stuff his way, he is an honest guy and does professional work. Keep those reels maintained and they will last forever!

Thanks guys for all the kind words..

I do what I do because that is what Alan Tani does.

Alan is indisputably the tops in the business. If he didn't perfect the online tutorial, I don't know who else to give credit to.

I doubt if there is a reel made that he hasn;t torn into. And taken the time to post up pictures and give us encouragement to do the same.

Many moons ago I bought some parts and tools from him. He sent me everything I needed and sent along a stamped, self addressed envelope. Just asked to include a check and send payment. He has been doing this for years.

If the best guy in the business can work like that, then I see no reason why I can't.

It has been almost three years since I began my business here on THT as well as on Florida Sportsman.

Knock on wood....I have yet to get stiffed.

This is a great venue to do business. We are an honest bunch. You folks have been great to do business with.

I am looking forward to going fishing up in PCB with Gamefish 25. Preston is a class act and like many folks here, I consider him a friend in the business. I have had many offers to go fishing and have taken a handful of you folks out on trips when you were in the area.

It's says a lot when you become friends with your customers!

I am looking forward to many more years of providing quality service for your fishing reels.

Rick has had every one of me TLD's at some point or another. Great guy, great work, and a great business model.

He's cool to hang out with too.

Thanks for bringing that up, Paul....

I wasn't even going to charge him. I saw no wear on those old reels and they sure didn't smell like fish.

Ole runs a great business, but fishing??
