If that dude was 51 years old he really needs to change his lifestyle. I would've guessed 65 or so.

Well, he got a broken ankle, and he's probably going to get charged with 2 counts of battery and DUI. What a Dumbass!

I don't understand why guys wearing motorcycle helmets don't always go for the epic headbutt right off the bat in situations like that... It seems like it would be an automatic to me.

Especially with an ugly bastard like that. It would actually be fun to lay him out.

What an idiot. I'd like to see the video of the cyclists driving before the altercation.

I think the liquor fueled the incident. I do hope the guy on the bike learned something in the altercation. We've all been cut off by crazy crotch rocket riders, here in Florida you have to be careful it doesn't erupt in gunfire.

He (the motorist) needs to ask himself, was it worth it? I think not.

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.
There is absolutely no challenge beating a drunk or an old man. Imagine giving the beat down then learn the guy was going through some diabetic crisis.

I agree to a point... If you can tell someone is just out of their mind or not threatening in any way at all (read: 110lb woman) there's no reason. That guy appeared coherent to me, at least on the video. Simply being drunk doesn't give one the license to be an aggressive asshole. He was of above average size too even if a bit flabby.

The guy he attacked showed some serious restraint... I don't think I would have been as nice but then again I'm a little bigger than what I think the motorcycle rider is so I doubt he would have been as quick to jump at me.

From what I see in the clip the MC guy and girl held they're composure quite well. The MC guy admits he went along side or split lanes at some point but seeing his demeanor as very calm I don't see him as a hot dog kind of rider.

Once he took the guy down he only held him in place, when he could have ended his day. Kudos to the MC rider IMO.

Agreed. The lane splitting thingy is blown way out of proportion., The only real danger with lane splitting is to the bike rider. How many times have you heard about a biker damaging a car or killing somebody (besides themselves) when lane splitting. But, the cagers get all jerked out of joint about it for some unknown reason.
