Default Anyone buy from Seco South through eBay?

I'm wondering how they handled the sale. I did a 'Buy it now' purchase on eBay from a Seco South listing. Their eBay listing was a couple hundred dollars less than buying the exact same thing through their website. I called them and asked if the eBay items were damaged or second rate and they said it is the exact same thing they sell from their website store. So I pull the trigger and buy one of their anchor rode (chain/rope) combos. I get no communication from them nor do they reply to my communication to them. Now I see the item has been relisted!!! I understand that they may have several of these combos for sale but shouldn't it be a NEW listing for another combo? After not getting any communication and having my communication ignored it has me rather uneasy seeing the item RELISTED. I payed IMMEDIATELY after hitting the 'Buy it now' button. I confirmed the funds were sent. WTH? Has anyone else had their transaction go like this? Is the way they normally operate?

yes thats how it worked for me also. you're not buying via the normal sales channel. if ebay and paypal shows the transaction as complete then you should get the box soon.

Thanks. Good to know. It is a bit unnerving the way they are handling it.

Don't worry, its easy to get a refund from EBAY if you don't receive it.
