Default Surface Pro 4

Anyone know when this thing is going to be released. I am up for a new work computer and the company is switching to these and doesn't want to buy anything else until these things hit the shelf. Old company used laptops teamed up with an ipad for everyone. I liked that but am told the surface pro will be better. Thoughts??

Tons of rumors. Everything from soon(which doesn't sound likely) to sometime in 2016(which i think is the most likely).

For what it's worth, a buddy of mine has been testing one going on 2 months now. His job is to break it, (not physically though) and see how it responds to continued hacks and such. He absolutely loves it. He has never spoken so highly of any computer before!

It seems Microsoft has gotten into the apple game of what, when, where and how much.

When it comes out is anyone's guess. With 10 launching in a couple of weeks and SP3 selling well, they might wait on it. I saw a rumor about the SP4 have a new fast SSD, but who knows.

All I know if my computer is super slow and old. Has no battery life and would really like a new one. However maybe it will be worth the wait....

The Surface Pro 3 is a crazy good tablet. Android and iOS tablets are generally just bigger phones. The Surface Pro line is a smaller but very capable notebook in tablet form. We routinely play higher end PC games on one.

I have the Surface Pro, for my work. We have about 8 being used in our company. As Laptops go out this is what all our employees get.

It is the real deal. I have a docking station at my office, drop it in for full size double monitors, keyboard, mouse...pop it out take it home for work and play.

We also use the window OS on our phone. If I open a word document on my surface and then an hour later go to my phone it has the document as my most recent used. the are numerous connection like this.

I like my personal Surface Pro 3 a lot more than the brand new Lenovo ThinkPad I just got at work.
