Default PowerPole Customer Service A+

I recently called PowerPole on some warranty issues (1 self inflicted...turns out the lanyard remote will fly off a console at 50 mph). I placed the call yesterday at 1:30 pm. Today the general texts me at work, asking to explain 2 boxes from PowerPole at our front door...at noon. What great service from a great outfit!

I've only had excellent CS from those guys. They really stand behind their products.
