Default Wireless home alarm

I'm looking for a wireless home alarm that would include a loud outdoor siren and key fob's. I'm not looking for a monthly monitoring fee but would like to have one that would call an iPhone if a break in were to occur. Any suggestions for a decent system?

I have 2. I'm looking for an alarm to scare intruders off while I'm not home. I'll take care of them myself when I'm home. I have several tools for that job.

Just put up a rebel flag.

Seems to scare the shit out of a lot of people.

I'm currently looking into SimpliSafe and FrontPoint.

I bought a 1TB DVR and 4 cameras that I can view from my I-phone and desktop PC, the DVR records for roughly a week then records over. For the wireless system? Simply Safe? I would hard wire an alarm. O ya get a gun...

I recently installed a Honeywell Lynx Touch 5200. It was a DIY system kit and installation was fairly easy. I bought my equipment from www.geoarm.com. They have a few different options on monitoring from landline, wifi or cellular.
