Default Anybody in Charlotte Park, Punta Gorda?

Tag sale find: Aerial photo of what is now Charlotte Park, circa late 1960s, early 70s, I believe.
The "waterfront" is already built up, but "inland", near the golf course, only a few houses are build on that 22x26 photo!

This is what is considered 'Old' Punta Gorda. Much has gone from residential to office and commercial with premiums paid for historic homes in the area.

I am basing this on Googling Charlotte Park. There is a golf course in PGI, and the waterfront homes were built out in the 70's.

Well, my description ("Charlotte Park") is based on what I see on Google Maps matching the picture - many geometric, man-made waterways, construction going on, water body in the distance. and the fact that a relative to the seller had a property built on Capri Isles Rd (or Drive), which is part of the complex of 200 houses over the waterway system.
