Default Anybody see the Lesbian Wells Fargo Ad

Should conservatives call for a boycott of the bank. Remember Chick Fil A? But the door doesn't swing that way.

I'm most upset at the fact that they used ugly lesbians. C'mon man throw me a bone...

I think one major religious organization withdrew all its funds from the bank.

And went running to another bank that supports gay lifestyle events.

Much ado about absolutely nothing whatsoever.

I saw it 2 weekends ago. The next Monday I closed 4 accounts. Went with a local institution. Tired of being force fed a certain social agenda.

Maybe its the shortage of men related to the Wells Fargo investments in the private prison industry ? There's very, very big money in sending so many daddies to jail for minor infractions.

The bailed-out bank has used its taxpayer money to invest in private prisons http://www.salon.com/2012/04/11/well...ison_cash_cow/

I thought Wells Fargo was the ONLY major bank that didn't need help, in fact the Gov't actually threatened to shun them from the Fed window if they Didn't take over Wachovia back in 2007-8

I saw it last week.......while Democrats claim to be the party of acceptance, Republicans are the ones that actually haven't made much over a commercial when they don't agree with the position.

Yep....it was their conservative culture that largely stayed away from the riskier CRE and other loans. ...it's why they're #1 by market cap. ....

Maybe we can create some more threads to vilify easy targets. Cops, bankers pit bull owners. ...

Yall are getting very curmudgeony....

Oh no....should we call their auditors so they can include your withdrawal on the Annual 10k?

Who cares?

Do you only eat Chickfila because you agree with their agenda?

...Chic doesn't have commercials playing to Christians or the far right. If you wear a certain ideological view on your sleeve then be prepared for the backlash. I am sure they will make up for my loss by adding a few that feel the opposite way. The point is ...you support who you want to and I will support who I want to. In my case, I choose to go elsewhere.

Saw it. Positive towards adoption. Positive towards adoption of a child with a handicap. To some a negative because their religious agenda was offended. Looks like a net positive to me. (having no religious agenda)

I'm surprised some people can get out of the house in the morning, having to spend so much time keeping track of who to boycott.

None of the gay people I know have ever tried to convert me to their side, or berated me for being straight. Not something I can say about a lot of Christians I know, who seem hell bent on curing me of my indifference to organized religion, and convincing me that according to their book I'm going to hell. (where I'll be among friends by the way)

Not sure what you're talking about. This conservative loves me some lesbians. I'm just pissed that this ad did not feature the kind of lesbians I go for.
