I'm not a weed snob. I just have a very refined and particular palate. There is a difference.

Odd timing. I was approached to be an investor in something very similar to Leafly by one of their original brains....

OK I'll admit it. I am a complete and utter strain snob.

Why should one be satisfied with sub par smoke and strains?

Why don-t you take pictures of boats fishing in the Susquehanna River in PA. Are you a large, fast, showy/pretentious look at me, boat snob? How about taking some pics of fat disgusting slobs instead of bikini shots? Does that make you a skinny snob?

Why does liking something of quality and distinction make one a snob?

I haven't personally grown it. I have an older Grapefruit Chem banked which is kind of similar. The chem is the pure, pre chemdawg, indica. The Grapefruit Chem is pretty similar to the Grapefruit Afghani, which was bred from the stabilized 1978 LA OG Affie.

All these kush strains now, regardless of what the guy selling it is telling people, are direct descendants from the 78 LA OG Affie.

Usually any of these hybrid kush's are quality strains. They have been back crossed generations to get rid of the typical lack of vigor, poor yields, terrible nodal spacing, and kush strains have a knack for being super susceptible for powdery mildew. Though still a powdery mildew hound, they are pretty easy to maintain and will easily give great yields.

I top any kush plant I grow after I veg em a bit. Then veg em another 10-14 days. If not they won't really produce too many lateral branches and will climb to the sky. Tall plants are inefficient plants. Keep kush's squat. You are going to have to have some sort of trellis as the branches will break eventually. Kush's can be unruly and lanky especially after being topped. Still worth it to top as your yield will certainly multiply. Kush's like high phosphorus bat guano. They really aren't heavy feeders. They are usually fantastic yielders though. We usually let our kush strains in the ground the longest. Indoors they are a 70 day minimum bloom and outdoors they will be the last to finish in mid to late Oct. No worries as they will withstand an early rain or two without a spot of mold.

I wasn't really serious- sure didn't mean to come across as a hater. Probably could have used a couple of these:

I think it's way past time for this and hopefully it will be legal everywhere soon.

It's great to have choices.
I've been in Florida for over 10 years now and have never even seen any dirt weed, but it sure would be nice to buy from a store that has strain and thc content on the label.
